To become a Brett Approved Installer our company has had to go through a process of vetting and checking that our standard of workmanship is of a high enough standard,with on-going spot checks and vetting. Once Bretts are satisfied and the process is complete we then become an Approved Brett Installer. The customer can then benefit from knowing they will receive a high standard of work using Bretts products plus a 10 year guarantee and a 5 year installation guarantee from Herringbone Driveways. |

We have currently become a member of Checkatrade, this involves a vetting process,although the main importance of this scheme is based on our customers views and comments e.g. our standard of workmanship,reliability etc. The procedure starts from the moment you call Herringbone Driveways for a quotation, we will then advise you to look at www.checkatrade.com/herringbone driveways so you can then see first hand some of our previous customers comments and views about our quality of work,professionalism etc.Once we have completed your installation we will then give you a feed back card which gives you the customer the opportunity to write down any comments about Herringbone Driveways standard of work etc,it also includes a score chart with an overall marking out of ten, this information then goes on to the Checkatrade website.We as a company like our customers to know that Herringbone Driveways strives to give all our customers total satisfaction and peace of mind. |
